Scope of Service
MagiCuentos is a mobile application for children's entertainment and education through audio stories. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove content or features at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility and User Acceptance
This app is primarily aimed at children between 3 and 10 years old, though it may be used by any minor under adult supervision. The responsible adult must manage access to the application, ensuring its proper and safe use.
Content Classification
MagiCuentos offers an enriched experience through four main sections:
- Iconic Stories: inspirational tales based on representative moments of notable historical and contemporary figures.
- Classic Tales: creative adaptations of traditional public domain stories.
- Neuromusic: musical pieces to promote relaxation and cognitive stimulation.
- Personalized Stories: versions that incorporate the child's name.
Intellectual Property
All content (stories, music, effects, narration, interfaces) is the exclusive property of MagiCuentos or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
Fiction and Educational Inspiration Clause
All characters, situations, and narratives in MagiCuentos stories are works of fiction. Some stories may be inspired by symbolic moments or traits of individuals who have made a positive impact on humanity, solely for educational and motivational purposes.
Usage Restrictions
The user agrees not to:
- Reproduce or distribute content without authorization.
- Use the app for commercial or illegal purposes.
- Interfere with the security or availability of the app.
Purchases, Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
MagiCuentos offers paid content through one-time purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are final. Refund requests will only be accepted within 3 calendar days of purchase by writing to contacto@magicuentos.com.co.
Availability and Operation
MagiCuentos does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or technical failures.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MagiCuentos will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the country.
